Our family recently stayed at Caracol for a much-anticipated vacation, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The location, just a brief 10-minute stroll from the beach, made exploring the area a breeze. We were delighted to find ourselves in close proximity to an Oxxo for any essentials, as well as charming shops, cafes, and bars for leisurely walks with the kids.The hotel's accommodations might be considered basic, but they were more than sufficient for our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after days filled with exploration. One highlight was the lovely terrace on the roof, where we savored breathtaking sunsets as a family.The staff's warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. They were always on hand to assist with anything we required and ensured our rooms were tidied daily.During our time here, we took advantage of the proximity to Puerto Morelos Reef and even had a delightful family outing at El Rey Polo Country Club. These activities added unique experiences to our trip, creating lasting memories for all of us.
